Your mission

Rosenvallskolan is now looking for a dedicated and certified teacher for grades 4–6 for a temporary position during the spring term of 2026.

In this role, you will primarily work with grade 4, but there may also be teaching in other grades as needed.

We are looking for someone who, in the role of a primary school teacher, wants to continue developing the work in the school together with your colleagues. Your tasks will consist of leading and taking responsibility for the educational work in the organization based on the curriculum's mission. Together with your colleagues, you will work to ensure that students have the best possible conditions for learning.

Workplace description

At Rosenvallskolan, we provide education from preschool to grade 6, as well as in after-school care. The school is located in Söderala, 7 kilometers from central Söderhamn. Söderala is an ancient agricultural community. Today, it is a suburban area of Söderhamn, with active small businesses, industries, sheet metal workshops, contract manufacturing, and more. Here you will also find the Ålsjön nature reserve with bird towers and ancient forests where spruce and pine approach 200 years old. If you take a tour around Söderala, you will pass impressive Hälsinge farms with beautiful, painted interiors.

Your competence

We are looking for someone who sees the strength in setting clear goals and following up on students' development to create the best possible results. You have good pedagogical insight and adapt your teaching to the students' different needs and conditions.

As a person, you are relationship-building and easily establish trust and good collaborations with both students, colleagues, and guardians. Your leadership in the classroom is clear and secure, creating a positive and developing learning environment for all students.
